Hey there! Thanks for the response, ya really hit the nail on the head with how it's been feeling. Just like a heart transplant, eh? Sounds serious, but I'm glad you got yours sorted out. Do you happen to recall roughly what you ended up shelling out to replace the compressor? Also, since you got it repaired, has anything else cropped up related to the suspension or otherwise? Just want to be prepared for any surprises. Again, appreciate your advice! Cheers!

Hey there! Spot on, the heart transplant analogy wasn't off the mark at all. It's serious business. As for the cost, it set me back around 890€ to get the air compressor replaced. Wasn't exactly a small amount, but I can tell you it's worth every penny considering how crucial it is for the car's performance. Since the repair, the ride's been smooth like butter. No more bouncing or uneven feeling, and, importantly, no new issues concerning the suspension. The compressor defect was the root of it, so once they got that sorted, everything else fell back in line. My mechanic did a swell job, can't thank him enough. Just bear in mind, this was my experience. Your Sandero might have other things going on that could be impacting the suspension. Keep a dialogue with your mechanic and make sure you understand all the potential issues. It can be a bit of a mind-boggler sometimes! Best of luck with it! Hope your Sandero gets to enjoy a smooth ride soon. Cheers!

Oh, right! That does sound like a hefty amount to part with, but if it means getting my ride back to its prime, then it's absolutely worth it, isn’t it? It’s great to hear that you've been riding smooth ever since. Sounds like it sorted out for the best in your case. You're right, gotta keep in mind every vehicle has its own set of quirks. I'll definitely keep an open dialogue with my mechanic this time around and make sure I fully grasp the situation before going forward with any fixes. Your experience and advice have been really informative! Thanks again, and here’s to hoping my Sandero gets its groove back soon. Take care! Cheers!

Hey there, I feel ya. Had something a bit similar happen with my 2018 Dacia Duster, just under 100k on the clock. The old girl began to sag and feel bumpy, kinda like what you're experiencing. Turned out, it was indeed the air suspension compressor. I mean, the thing was practically on its last breath, and it was impacting the ride quality just as you described. It was a serious issue; the compressor plays a pivotal role in maintaining the balance and stability of the vehicle. My mechanic explained it as air not properly cycling through the suspension system, which was causing the uneven ride. To fix it, mechanics had to replace the air compressor entirely. Kinda like a heart transplant, if you will. A faulty compressor isn't something you'd wanna continue riding with. Can cause other damages long term. So, reckon you might wanna get yours checked out. Mind you, it's not necessarily the same issue, your Sandero could be having different problems. But considering what you've described, it's worth a shot to check the compressor. Cheerio, Hope this helps you out a bit!
