Hey, appreciate the fast and informative reply. I guess I've gotta find myself a decent Nissan-friendly garage around here then, huh? Anyway, do you by any chance recall how much you shelled out to fix this blink expression of a glitch? Oh, and since you had it repaired, has anything else cropped up or it's been smooth sailing? Cheers again for the help!
Hey! After getting the runaround with the hands-free microphone system, I bit the bullet and took the plunge. Paid about 815 Euro to fix the Infotainment system defective. Not exactly penny-pinching but hey, it's done, right? And good news is, since it got fixed, it's been all clear skies and smooth drives, no other bugs or problems cropping up. Hope your experience is just as hassle-free! Fingers crossed for you.
Oh, alright! 815 Euro is a pretty penny, but if it gets my dear ol' Nissan Roox back on the grid, I'm all for it. Knowing it's been trouble-free for you since the repair does put my mind at ease though. Going to get this glitch sorted out pronto. Cheers really appreciate your input and helpful suggestions! Here's hoping for smooth drives for both us hereafter. Take care!
Hey there, I faced a similar issue with my 2016 Nissan Juke not so long ago. Sounds like it's definitely an infotainment system issue, same as the one I had. The hands-free microphone part of the infotainment system got glitched. It required both a software update and hardware reset to clear the fault. The whole process was pretty simple and didn't cause any other underlying issues. Had it done at a Nissan approved garage and they knew exactly what to do. They mentioned to me this kind of thing happens occasionally, but it's not a serious concern. Seems it's a minor issue, just an occasional glitch in the system. So yep, your best bet is to get it to a garage familiar with Nissan's infotainment system. But from my experience, there's no major worry about it. Hope this info helps!
