It was a pretty serious issue as the car practically doesn't heat without it, especially in winter. The mechanic had to replace the entire electric auxiliary heater and it took a couple of hours. It didn't really make a difference to me as I didn't need the car that day. But sure, it's definitely not a minor issue as it takes a bit to get fixed.
