HHR Sunroof Initialization Error
Summary of the thread
The 2006 Chevrolet HHR displayed a 'Sunroof not initialized' error, causing the sunblind to be stuck. This issue arose immediately after recent coding, suggesting a possible calibration problem. The recommended solution was to undo the coding or visit a workshop for a system reinitialization, which successfully resolved the issue.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Yes, it started right after the coding. Could this be a calibration issue? Is there a way to reinitialize the sunroof system?

Sounds like the coding messed with it. Can you undo it and try again? Otherwise, a workshop visit might be needed. They should have the diagnostic tools to properly reset the sunroof system.

A workshop visit worked; 75€ and a system reinitialization later, the sunroof is working again.

That's odd. Any recent work done on the car's electrical system? Did this start immediately after the coding you mentioned?
