Hiace Cold Start Fuel Issue

My 2018 Toyota Hiace gasoline (127270 km) runs poorly and is hard to start when cold. I suspect a faulty cold start injector. Anyone seen similar fuel delivery issues? I want to rule out any other hard starting problems before I dig in.

I have a Hiace, and I had similar symptoms recently. Have you thought about a defective injection valve? It might cause your rough idle.

Yes, the symptoms were identical. Because the fuel rail is complex, and it's easy to misdiagnose, I'd suggest a workshop. That's what I did, and they found a bad injector.
