I tried resetting the system but no luck. How did you end up resolving the problem? Was it indeed the main relay, and if so, how did you confirm that?

Yeah, it was the main relay. Given the error and symptoms, I didn't want to risk further damage. Took it to a trusted workshop. They confirmed the relay was faulty and replaced it. Best to get it checked professionally before things get worse.

Thanks for the insight. I took it to the workshop, and you were spot on – the main relay was defective. They replaced it for 120€. Appreciate the help!

I had something similar happen on my Toyota as well. I didn't have the gasoline engine but the same problem. Have you tried resetting the system or checking the relay itself?
