Thanks! Yeah, speech recognition is dead too. I did a factory reset and checked the Bluetooth a bunch of times, but no luck. Nothing was done to it right before the mic stopped working.

Got it. Since both the phone and speech recognition aren't working after a reset, and nothing obvious triggered it, it probably is a problem inside the infotainment unit. You've probably done all you can. I'd suggest getting it checked out by a pro to avoid making it worse.

Thanks for the help. Took it to Toyota, and they said it was a bad infotainment system, just like I thought. Cost 815€ to replace.

Sounds like a short circuit, which can be tricky to find without the right tools. Is the speech recognition also not working? Have you tried resetting the infotainment system or checking the Bluetooth settings? Also, did anything happen before it failed, like a software installation or any repair?
