Highlander tire pressure error
Summary of the thread
A 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid displayed a persistent tire pressure error despite all tires being properly inflated. The issue was identified as a sensor fault, likely due to a dead TPMS sensor battery, which typically lasts 5-7 years. Replacing the faulty sensor resolved the error.

It's pretty constant now, used to come and go randomly, but now the tire pressure warning is always there. Like a persistent mosquito in your ear… Annoying! Did you ever figure out what triggered yours?

Yep, pretty sure it’s the TPMS sensor battery. They usually last about 5-7 years. Time to get the tires checked in the workshop to confirm.

Thanks! Seems like you nailed it. Took it to a shop, and it was indeed a dead sensor. Replaced it for 280€ and the error is gone. Appreciate the help!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue on my Highlander. Is the warning light constant or intermittent?
