Hilux MOST bus fault

Fuses are all good, yeah. Disconnecting/reconnecting... you mean like the radio unit itself, or is there more to it than that? Where would I even start looking for the other control units on that bus?

It's a fiber optic bus system for data transmission. If the radio unit's fuse is fine, the problem is deeper. Locating all the units on the MOST bus requires diagrams, specific to your Hilux's configuration. It's probably best to take it to a workshop with experience in car electronics. They have the tools to diagnose which control unit is failing. Could save you a lot of time and frustration.

Yeah, you're probably right. Bit the bullet and took it in. Turns out it was the navigation unit itself causing the whole bus to crash. 1000€ later and everything is working again. Thanks for the heads up about the MOST bus system!

MOST bus? Sounds like a communication issue between the control units. With those symptoms and that fault code, a defect in one of the control units connected to the MOST bus is highly probable. Have you checked the fuses, or tried disconnecting/reconnecting any of the affected units?
