Thanks. I haven't noticed any other electrical issues. The car is used regularly, almost every day. Could it still be a battery issue even with regular use?

Yes, it's still possible. Regular use doesn't guarantee a healthy battery, especially in a hybrid. Your symptoms, combined with the error message, point towards a heavily discharged or defective high-voltage battery. Inverters can cause this too, but that's less common. I'd recommend a workshop visit to have the high-voltage system professionally inspected to pinpoint the problem.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a local workshop, and it was indeed a heavily discharged hybrid battery. The total repair cost was 290€. Thanks again for the information.

That sounds serious! The high-voltage system is tricky. These errors can stem from a few things. Have you noticed any other unusual electrical behavior, like flickering lights or strange noises in electric mode? Also, has the car been sitting unused for a while?
