Interesting. Could you elaborate? Was the issue solely related to the dimmer switch's functionality, or did you observe any other electrical symptoms concurrently? Was there any sign of corrosion or physical damage?

Yeah, it was weird. The dimmer switch seemed loose, and fiddling with it made the lights go crazy. I didn't notice any other electrical issues at the time, but the workshop guys told me the switch was faulty and replaced it. Probably best to get it checked out properly.

Understood. Based on your experience, I'll arrange for a workshop inspection focusing on the dimmer switch and related connections. A defective cable or plug connection seems plausible. The repair estimate is approximately 95€. Thanks for your insights; they've been invaluable.

Hey there! I had a similar issue with my Honda HRV, though it's an older model. My dashboard lights were acting up, too, flickering on and off, sometimes staying on even when the car was off. Did you check the dimmer switch? That was the culprit in my case.
