Hyundai i10 Audio System Failure
Summary of the thread
The audio system in a 2015 Hyundai i10 has completely failed, with no sound output and Bluetooth also non-functional. Despite checking the fuses, the issue persists, and error codes suggest a defective display module. A suggested solution is to disconnect and reconnect the head unit, but the problem likely requires professional diagnosis and repair, potentially involving significant costs.

Good shout! I'll try the head unit disconnect thing tomorrow. Bluetooth is kaput as well - I should have mentioned that. Is it likely to be faulty wiring? Where should I look at first?

Bluetooth also dead points to a more serious head unit issue. Honestly, given the error codes and total failure, a defective display module is highly probable. Save yourself the headache and take it to a workshop. I had a similar issue in my old ride, and it cost me a fortune to diagnose it myself. Sometimes, the pros are worth the money.

You're probably right. I was hoping it was a simple fix, but I guess not! I will take it to the shop. They reckon it's gonna be around 725€. Ouch. Thanks for the advice though. At least I know what to expect!

Sounds familiar! Have you tried disconnecting the head unit and reconnecting it? Sometimes it's a simple glitch. Does the Bluetooth connection work, or is that dead too?
