Yes, there's an error. The diagnostic tool points directly to the intake air temperature sensor. What error code did you get? Was it also IAT related? Any specific symptoms you remember?

I'm not entirely sure about the error code, and I can't clearly remember the symptoms. But since the error memory points to a defective temperature sensor, it might be worth getting professional help at a workshop.

Thanks. I went to a workshop as suggested. The intake air temperature sensor was indeed defective and was replaced. Total repair cost was 155€. The problem seems resolved.

I have an i10 too. I recall a similar problem, though I'm not sure it was exactly the same. Was an error code stored? I remember some additional fault codes when I had the problem.
