It just suddenly stopped working, much like yours. Don't worry though, it was not a serious safety issue, more of an inconvenience. Just took it to my local garage and they sorted it out for me. They needed to replace the faulty cable and plug. But remember the actual repair might vary based on your situation. Sounds like your switch connection might be the problem too. Hey! No worries! Always glad to help out. Like I mentioned, turned out to be a cable connection/plug problem for me. The at my garage sorted it out and it came to about 95.00 €. I reckon it's a fair price, considering they pretty much restored my beloved ride's massaging powers! And to answer your second question: since the fix, it's been smooth riding. The massage seat switch has been working like a charm. Not a single problem since then. The switch was indeed the issue, and once that got sorted, it was all good!
