Yeah, I checked the audio input settings already. Everything looks right. Could it be a bad microphone, or is it more likely the head unit?

In my case, the infotainment system was defective. The error codes pointed to a problem with the audio processing unit. Get it diagnosed professionally. I paid 815€ for a replacement.

I have an i10 too, and I had a similar issue. Did you check the audio input settings in the infotainment system? Could be a simple setting.
