Ikon tire pressure ABS issues
Summary of the thread
A 2010 Ford Ikon owner experienced issues with the tire pressure warning light, ABS light, and steering wheel vibrations, suspecting a possible tire puncture despite normal tire pressure readings. The problem was identified as a faulty tire valve, which was causing a slow leak and triggering the warning lights. Replacing the valve resolved the issues, eliminating the vibrations and warning lights.

Hmm, hadn't thought of the valve itself. I was so focused on the tire surface. How did you figure out it was the valve, and what did you end up doing to fix it?

Well, I tried everything – checked for nails, screws, the usual culprits for a flat tire. Eventually, I took it to a workshop, and they found a tiny defect in the tire valve. That's what was causing the slow leak and messing with the sensors. They replaced the valve, and the problem disappeared. You might want to get it checked; could be a defective tire sensor too.

Thanks a bunch for the advice! Took it to the shop, and you were spot on – a faulty valve was the culprit. New valve, problem solved! Cost me around 280€, but at least the shaking and warning lights are gone. Really appreciate the help!

Sounds familiar! I had almost the exact same issue with my Ikon a while back. The tire pressure light, ABS light, shaky steering... the whole shebang. Did you check for any obvious signs of an air leak around the valve?
