Hey, thanks for your reply! Your situation seems pretty similar. Do you remember how much money you spent to have the faulty ECU replaced? Has anything else come up since then that you've had to get fixed?

Hey, no problem, you're welcome! In my case, the repair of the defective control unit cost around €1000. Fortunately, nothing else has come up since then that I would have had to repair. And most importantly, after the visit to the mechanic, the fault with the alarm system's communication siren was finally rectified. So, don't worry, it can all be sorted out. Good luck with that, buddy!

Thanks for the relaxation, buddy! It's good to know this is a solvable problem and hasn't happened since you fixed it. A bit spendy, but I'm willing to do it for my precious Citroën Jumper. I will contact a trusted mechanic and hope for the best. Thanks again for your help!

Hi, I also had a similar problem with my 2013 Citroën Berlingo Diesel. The alarm system kept going off for no reason. In my case, the control unit was faulty. It was an annoying problem, but fortunately not so serious that you couldn't drive. Thank goodness it was fixed at the garage last month. The control unit was replaced during the maintenance period. So don't panic, the mechanic will certainly be able to solve it. Good luck with that!
