I am experiencing a significant issue with my 2006 Honda Insight (hybrid engine) with 148665 km. The car battery appears to be heavily discharged. I am receiving an error message in the speedometer, the lights are weak and flickering, and there is an error stored in the error memory. Additionally, the battery seems weak when starting the engine. Could this be a battery issue?
