System diagnostics were performed. It pointed to the ventilation flap. I don't know about manual mode, where exactly would I find the plug connection?

Unfortunately, without proper tools and expertise, locating and checking the plug connection can be difficult and may cause further damage. Given the error code and symptoms, it's advisable to have a workshop inspect it. The repair cost is likely around 95€.

Thanks for confirming. I took it to a workshop, and you were spot on. It was the rear ventilation flap. They fixed the connection, and the air con is working perfectly again.

It certainly sounds like it could be linked to the rear ventilation flap. A defective cable or plug connection is a common culprit. Has the system diagnostics been performed to check the air circulation? Does the automatic climate control work in manual mode?
