Thanks for the quick reply. Could you tell me where the blower motor resistor is located and how to inspect it?

Honestly, without the specific Insignia diagrams in front of me, pinpointing the exact location is tricky. But if the motor is not spinning at all, the best course of action would be to get it inspected by a workshop. If it is only the blower motor, the repair should not be too expensive.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a workshop and they confirmed it was a defective blower motor, like I thought. The total repair cost was 365€.

Crikey, that sounds frustrating! Have you checked the blower motor resistor or the fan speed controller? Sometimes they can cause similar issues before the motor itself gives out. It's a less expensive check than replacing the whole motor right away.
