Insignia Bluetooth Failure

Yeah, I had something similar in my Insignia. The bluetooth would just drop out and the voice recognition was useless. Drove me nuts! Is it completely dead, or just cutting in and out?

It's completely dead. The system doesn't recognize my phone, and the voice recognition is unresponsive. How did the issue happen in your Insignia?

Mine started cutting out intermittently, then got worse until it was completely dead, like yours. Sounds like the infotainment unit is probably buggered. I'd get it checked out at a workshop. Sadly these things happen.

Thanks for sharing your experiences, which confirm my suspicions. I took it to the workshop and, as suspected, the infotainment system was defective. The repair cost 815€. Thanks again for your assistance.
