Undervoltage, really? I would not have thought of that! And you were experiencing the same symptoms with the pedal feedback? How did you eventually figure out this was the issue?

Yes, similar pedal feedback. It was quite unnerving, to be honest. I brought it to a trusted workshop. They used diagnostic tools to identify the undervoltage issue, which was impacting the brake's performance. I'd recommend getting it checked by a professional.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion! It turned out you were spot on. I took it to a mechanic, and indeed, the undervoltage was the culprit. The repair, new wiring for the brakes, cost me about 240€. Really appreciate the help!

I had a similar problem with my old Renault Megane. It turned out to be caused by undervoltage in the vehicle. Have you checked the battery and alternator? Maybe this is somehow messing with the braking system.
