Insignia Cruise Control Failure

I had a similar issue with my Insignia. Cruise control just stopped. I remember reading it could be the cable or plug connection. Check the connections before going further.

When you say 'the component itself,' do you mean the stalk on the steering wheel, or something else?

Sorry, I should have been clearer. I meant the cruise control module and its connections. I just took it to a workshop; it was easier. They sorted it quickly.

Thanks for the tip about the module and connections! I got it checked by a professional. It was the cable, cost 95€, but it's working now!
