Insignia keyless entry issue

Anyone else had issues with the keyless entry on their Insignia? My 2020 diesel Insignia, with 124370 km on the clock, has suddenly stopped responding to the keyless unlock. I'm getting an error stored, but haven't dug too deep yet. I'm suspecting a wiring fault in the door. What else could it be?

I had something similar on my Insignia! Keyless just packed it in. Was it just the one door, or all of them? Did you check the simple things like the car battery voltage or anything like that?

Just the driver's door. Battery seems fine, starts no problem. The central locking still works from the key fob, so it's not a total failure. Could it be the door switch itself?

Yeah, sounds like the same thing I had. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure it out. The shop said it was a defective cable or plug connection. I would take it in to a shop for that, to be honest.

Cheers for the info! Turns out you were spot on. Took it to the shop, and it was indeed a dodgy connection in the door wiring, they wanted 95€ to fix it. All sorted now!
