Insignia Washer System Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2021 Vauxhall Insignia diesel experienced simultaneous failure of the headlight cleaning and windshield washer systems at 196,530 km. The issue could be due to a faulty pump or a bad relay. While a relay issue is possible, similar cases often point to a pump failure. Checking both components is advised, with the pump being a common culprit.

Thanks, but I don't see any leaks. Since both the headlight and windshield washers failed, could a bad relay be the cause, instead of the pump?

Good point about the relay. But when both my washer systems failed at once, it was the pump. Check the relay first, but be ready for a shop visit.

Okay, I'll check the relay and pump. Prepare for a costly shop visit. It was just a pump in the end, cost 165€.

I had a similar issue with my Insignia. It turned out to be a faulty pump for the headlight washers. Does the front of your car get wet at all when trying the washer system? It could be a leak.
