Inspire transmission issues

I'm having trouble with my 2022 Honda Inspire hybrid. It has about 148888 km. The paddle shifters don't work, the gearbox slips and shifts roughly, and I hear grinding during gear changes. Paddle shifters are slow, and the gearbox sometimes goes into emergency mode. There's also an error code. Could the transmission control unit be defective? What should I do?
