Inspire weak battery sensor

I've got a 2020 Honda Inspire hybrid with about 174021 km on it. Lately, I've been experiencing a weak battery when starting, and the lights sometimes flicker. I ran a vehicle diagnostics and I'm getting a bad battery sensor reading. Has anyone else encountered something similar?

I had something like that happen on my Inspire. Weak starts and weird light issues. Have you had the battery tested, or just relying on the sensor reading?

Just relying on the sensor reading at the moment. I was hoping to avoid a full battery test if it was just a sensor issue. Was your problem definitely the sensor, and what was the fix?

Yeah, it turned out to be the sensor. I tried a few things myself, but ended up taking it to a workshop. They confirmed the sensor was defective and replaced it. Definitely get it checked out properly.

Thanks for the info! I appreciate the help. I'll take it to a trusted workshop to get the battery sensor replaced. I was quoted around 315€ for the repair, so it should be sorted soon.
