Integra audio system failure
Summary of the thread
The audio system in a 2005 Honda Integra has stopped producing sound, despite the head unit powering on and fuses being intact. Possible causes include loose connections in the wiring harness or a defective speaker, such as the bass speaker. Checking the wiring harness behind the head unit is suggested, and if the issue persists, consulting a workshop is recommended.

Thanks! I haven't checked the wiring harness yet. Is it difficult to get to? Do I need any special tools, or is it pretty straightforward?

It's not too bad. You'll probably need a trim removal tool to pop off the dash panels without scratching them. But if the wiring is OK I would suggest you go to the workshop. My bass speaker turned out to be defective.

Thanks, I will check the wiring harness. But if it's not that I will just book an appointment with the shop as you suggested. Sounds like the bass speaker might actually be my culprit. I got it fixed for 280€ Thanks for the hint!

I had a similar problem with my Integra. Have you tried checking the wiring harness behind the head unit? Sometimes those connections can come loose.
