Thanks for the quick reply! Yes, it seems to affect the whole car, not just the back. The air is not ice-cold anymore. Could you elaborate on how you fixed it, perhaps with a part number or other keywords?

Ah, okay, if it affects the whole car then it's probably the same problem I had. My air con was only blowing warm air. I didn't fix it myself, I'm afraid. Took it straight to the workshop. Is it worth the hassle of messing about with it when a garage will know what to do?

You were spot on! Took it to the shop as you suggested, and they confirmed it was indeed the rear ventilation flap causing the issue. Defective cable. Cost me 95€, including diagnostics and repair. Thanks for the advice, saved me a lot of time!
