Thank you for your suggestion. No, I did not observe any unusual noises beforehand. Could you provide more specific information regarding the location of the relevant fuses, or any other checks I could perform before assuming a cable or relay issue?

Okay, no noises is good. Honestly, I chased wires and checked the pump for ages. Turned out to be a corroded connection I couldn’t easily get to. In the end, I took it to a workshop. They sorted it quickly, so maybe save yourself the hassle. It may be a defective pump.

I appreciate the advice. Based on your experience, I will schedule an appointment with a qualified technician to diagnose and repair the system. Thank you for your input; the final repair cost came to 165€.

Interesting. I have a similar issue with my iQ. The headlight washers stopped working, and then the windshield washers went too. I'd check the fuses first; it's the simplest thing to eliminate. Did you notice any unusual noises before it stopped working?
