Is it possible to connect Carly with VW Crafter?

Hello everyone, I own a VW Crafter (2014, 150000 km) and currently have the problem that the engine control light is on. My question is whether the Carly OBD adapter can connect to my VW Crafter to read out the error? Does anyone have any experience with this or any tips on how I can tackle the problem?
