Thanks! I haven't checked the sensor directly, just pulled the error code. Did you end up replacing the sensor, or was it a wiring issue?

I hoped it would be a simple fix, but I brought it to a workshop I trust. They said it was a defective connection, like you suspected. It cost around 95€ including parts and labor. Hope that helps!

I had similar symptoms in my ix20, weirdly enough. The oil gauge acted up, and I saw the warning light flickering. Did you check the sensor itself, or just the error code?
