Interesting! I haven't looked for air leaks yet. Where should I look for these leaks? Are there specific ix35 parts or connections known to fail?

Okay, so I didn't find a leak myself. I looked, but couldn't see or hear anything obvious. I took it to a workshop, and they fixed it fast. Given your symptoms, a professional check might be worth it. Could save time and hassle!

Whoa, sounds familiar! I've got an ix35 too. I had similar air suspension issues a while back. The vehicle was sinking, warning lights were going crazy – the whole nine yards. Did you check for air leaks before checking the compressor?
