Thank you for your quick reply! I'm not very technically minded; how would I check the voltage of the auxiliary battery? Is it something I can do myself, or should I just take it to a workshop?

I understand. While you could check it yourself with a multimeter, if you're not comfortable with electrical systems, it's best to take it to a workshop. I initially tried to diagnose it myself, but ended up making things worse. The risk wasn’t worth it. In the end, the workshop replaced the auxiliary battery, and the problems disappeared. It cost me about 290€. I suggest you get it checked professionally.

Okay, I appreciate the advice! It sounds like I need to book it into the workshop then. Thank you for sharing your experience; it's reassuring to know that a simple battery replacement might solve the problem. I will share the results. It seems like it is a similar problem. Let's hope for the best!

I have a Jazz Hybrid myself, and what you describe sounds awfully familiar. It's like when your phone isn't charging properly and starts acting up – same principle, I suppose. I had similar symptoms with error messages and starting issues. Have you checked the voltage of the auxiliary battery? In my case, a low voltage was the culprit.
