Juke hybrid auxiliary battery alarm issue

I don't have the tools to check the voltage myself. And yes, it's the original battery. Does that make the battery the likely culprit, or could it be something else?

Given the battery's age and the symptoms, a weak auxiliary battery is the most likely cause. The error code and alarm issue point to that. Other things could be involved, but battery failure is common, especially in hybrids. I'd suggest getting it checked and probably replaced by a technician. Repair will be around 330€. Seems to be a common problem.

Thanks for the advice! I'll book an appointment with a mechanic to get the auxiliary battery checked and replaced. Glad to know it's not just me. Appreciate the help!

Sounds like the auxiliary battery might be the issue. Batteries can lose capacity over time, causing error codes and disabling the alarm. Have you checked the battery voltage recently? What's the reading? Is it the original battery?
