Juke Hybrid Electrical Faults
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Nissan Juke Hybrid with 87,020 km is experiencing electrical issues, including overvoltage warnings and engine starting problems. The potential causes discussed include a power surge or alternator failure. A similar issue in another Juke was resolved by addressing a heavily discharged and defective battery. Replacing the battery appears to have resolved the electrical faults in this case.

Thanks for the insight. Was your issue from the hybrid system, or more generic electrical issues? And did it require much workshop time?

My issues pointed to a heavily discharged and defective battery. Get it checked – it might save you headaches. It needed some hours in the workshop, but it could be worse. Good luck!

I appreciate the guidance. Following your advice, I had the battery assessed, and it was heavily discharged. The workshop confirmed, and a replacement at 290€ seems to have resolved the issues. Thanks again for your assistance.

I also drive a Juke, an earlier model, and had similar electrical issues. Fault memory full of overvoltage errors, systems cutting out, battery draining... Sound familiar? Have you checked the battery itself?
