Thanks. Could you explain where to measure the voltage and what the normal range should be? I want to check the right cable or plug.

Unfortunately, I don't have the diagrams anymore. It's been a while. But if the diagnostic pointed towards a defective cable or plug, I'd suggest a visual inspection of all connections, especially for corrosion. Given the potential complexity and the need for specialized tools, it might be best to consult a workshop. For me it was a cable issue as well, and the diagnosis and repair only cost me around 95€.

Interesting. I own a Juke as well, and I recall encountering a similar issue concerning the climate control. If I remember correctly, the symptoms were very similar. However, in my case, the malfunction was intermittent. Did you perform any specific tests beyond the system diagnostics? Perhaps checking the voltage at the rear ventilation flap motor could yield some valuable insights.
