Jumper check engine stalling

I'm new here. I've got a 2004 Citroen Jumper with a gasoline engine, and I'm having a weird issue. The check engine light keeps popping on, and the engine occasionally stalls when I'm idling. I've only got 35586 km on it! I think it might be related to the tank ventilation valve. Could a clogged hose cause these problems, like with the emission system and EVAP system?

I have a Jumper too, and your symptoms sound familiar. I had similar check engine light and stalling issues. Was the fault code pointing to the EVAP system or something related to the fuel tank ventilation?

Yes, the fault code does point to the EVAP system and fuel tank ventilation! Did you manage to resolve the issue? Was it the tank ventilation valve itself or something else?

Confirming, the issue I had was indeed related to the tank ventilation. Given your limited mileage and the fault code, it's likely a similar problem. I would advise taking it to a trusted workshop for a proper diagnosis, as dealing with the emission system requires specialized tools.

Thanks a lot for your insight! I took it to a workshop as you suggested. Turns out, the hoses for the tank ventilation valve were indeed clogged. Cost me 175€ to get it all sorted. Runs like a charm now!
