Jumper Damping Adjustment Error

I've got a 2020 Citroen Jumper, electric version, with about 20k km on the clock. Recently, I've been getting an error stored and a warning light related to the damping adjustment. The ride's also become noticeably bumpier. I suspect it's a suspension issue. Has anyone else experienced suspension failure or any similar issues affecting car handling and ride comfort?

While I haven't encountered the specific damping adjustment fault with a Jumper, similar symptoms – bumpy ride and warning lights – can sometimes be attributed to faulty cable or plug connections within the suspension system. Did the error message provide specific component information, and did you check the cable connections in the suspension?

Thanks for the prompt response! The error code didn't pinpoint a precise component, unfortunately. As for checking connections, could you be more specific? Are there particular areas or connectors I should focus on inspecting first, based on your past experiences with similar suspensions?

Given the lack of a specific component error, focusing inspection efforts near each suspension strut might be prudent. Your experience might vary depending on your familiarity; but it might be useful to go to a mechanic. Based on the error codes, the garage can fix the cable or plug connection, so that it is no longer defective.

Appreciate the confirmation and suggestion. Turns out you were spot on about the connections! Took it to the shop, and it was indeed a defective cable connection, just as you suggested. The repair cost me 95€. Everything's sorted now, drives like new again. Thanks for the assistance!
