Could you elaborate on your experience? Was the catalytic converter replacement a definitive solution, or were there other factors?

Well, the garage did mention the EGR valve first, saying that was the likely culprit behind the emissions test failure. They said it was jammed. Replaced it and the problem went away. So maybe head to the workshop?

Following your recommendation, I sought professional assistance. The EGR valve was indeed the issue. The repair cost 355€ and has resolved the symptoms. Thanks again for your guidance.

Sounds familiar. I've got a Jumper too, though I can't remember what year it is exactly, and I had something similar happen last year. Check engine light, rough running... was it maybe the catalytic converter?
