Jumper engine stalling

Interesting. So, it really could be the rail pressure sensor, you think? If yes, how can I further check it?

Yep, turned out to be a faulty rail pressure sensor. If the sensor is sending bad data, it will cause the engine to go haywire. I'd suggest getting it checked at a workshop to be sure, but that was exactly my experience.

Thanks a lot! That confirms my suspicion, and you saved me a lot of time. I took your advice and went to the workshop; they replaced the rail pressure sensor, and everything's back to normal. Cost me about 240€, but well worth it.

Sounds familiar! I had similar issues with my Jumper (though a slightly newer model). Check engine light, stalling, the whole nine yards. It felt like the engine was being strangled. Was the rail pressure the culprit for you too?
