Jumper Power Windows Fault
Summary of the thread
The power windows of a 2005 Citroen Jumper stopped working, with an error indicating a fault in the window regulator. Potential causes include a defective power window switch, a seized regulator motor, or a broken cable. Initial suggestions included checking the fuse and inspecting the regulator motor. Ultimately, a professional diagnosis confirmed the issue was with the power window switch, which was then replaced.

Thanks for the quick reply! I haven't checked the regulator motor directly yet, only looked at the error code. Where exactly is the regulator located, and is it difficult to access? I will check the fuse box right now. Also, any tips on removing the door panel without damaging it?

Well, in my case, it was definitely the switch! But, as I am not sure and don't want to cause any further damage, I think it's best if you take your Jumper to a workshop. They should be able to diagnose the problem quickly and replace the faulty part. It's better to be safe than sorry. The car window could have a broken cable or the regulator motor could be seized.

I took your advice and had a professional look at it. Turns out it was indeed the power window switch, as suspected. Repair cost was around 200€ Thanks for your input!

I also drive a Citroen Jumper and had the same problem a while back. Before you assume it's the switch, have you checked the regulator motor itself? It could be seized or have a broken cable. It's often the culprit. It's possible the switch is defective, but less probable. Did you check the fuse?
