Jumper radio reception issue

I'm having trouble with the radio in my 2023 Citroen Jumper (electric engine). I've done about 105k km. Lately, the radio reception has been terrible. I often get an error message on the infotainment screen, and sometimes the audio system just completely cuts out. I've also had a diagnostic check and it shows an error stored in the error memory. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Sounds familiar! I had similar issues with my Renault Megane a while back. Kept getting static noise and the FM signal was all over the place. Did you check the antenna ground? That was the culprit in my case.

Honestly, unless you're comfortable fiddling with electronics, I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. In my case, the antenna booster was gone, and the error was related to the antenna being defective. The fix was relatively cheap, but diagnosing it without the right tools was a pain.

Okay, thanks for the advice! I'll take it to a shop and mention the antenna. Just got the bill – 255€, antenna was indeed defective.
