Jumpy Auxiliary Heater Issue

Hi, I have a 2020 Citroen Jumpy with a diesel engine and I'm having trouble with the auxiliary heater. It's got about 45051 km on the clock. The parking heater refuses to activate, and the error memory has stored an error related to it. Any ideas?

I had something similar happen with my Jumpy. Is the error code related to the glow plug by any chance? When mine went, the auxiliary heater just wouldn't kick in. Just a thought.

Interesting. How did you figure out it was the glow plug? Was it difficult to diagnose?

The error code pointed me in that direction, but honestly, I didn't do the diagnostics myself. Took it straight to a workshop. They confirmed it was the glow plug pretty quickly. Might be worth getting it checked out professionally.

Thanks for the advice! I'll take it to a workshop and have them check the glow plug. Turns out you were spot on. Glow plug was defective. Repair cost me 440€ but at least it's sorted.
