Jumpy Brake Booster Pressure Sensor Error

The error is always there. I did have a quick look at the wiring, but didn't see anything obvious. Is it possible that a simple sensor replacement will solve the problem, or could there be other underlying issues causing it?

If the wiring checks out, replacing the sensor should likely sort it. Given the symptoms and the stored error, it's the most probable cause. However, if the issue persists after replacement, then deeper diagnostics are warranted. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop.

Thanks for the advice. I replaced the brake booster pressure sensor. The error is gone and the braking is back to normal. Cost me 90€ for the part. Seems like the problem is solved.

Sounds like a faulty brake booster pressure sensor, alright. Is the error consistently present, or does it come and go? Have you checked the sensor's wiring and connector for any damage or corrosion? A bad connection could mimic a sensor failure.
