Jumpy Central Locking Failure

My 2002 Citroen Jumpy (gasoline engine) central locking isn't working. The doors won't lock or unlock. I think the door contact signal is faulty. Has anyone seen this before?

Sounds familiar! I had something similar happen on my Jumpy – not sure what year mine is. It was like the car just forgot the doors existed. Have you checked the door latch and the related wiring? Could be a simple connection issue.

Could you elaborate on which connection points you are referring to specifically? I want to ensure I inspect the correct areas.

If I remember correctly, it was the plug that goes into the door switch itself. It's like when your phone charger doesn't quite click in and keeps disconnecting. It's worth a check, but honestly, chasing electrical gremlins can be a real pain. In the end, I just took it to a workshop – saved my sanity.

Understood. I appreciate the advice regarding the plug connection. Although I was hoping for a simple fix, it seems a professional diagnosis might be the most efficient route. I'll schedule an appointment; the estimated cost is 95€. Thank you again.
