Jumpy Electric high voltage system error

Hi, I'm having a weird issue with my 2021 Citroen Jumpy Electric. It's got around 68k km on the clock. I keep getting a high-voltage system error message. The van sometimes shuts off completely, and other times it just has reduced power. I've checked the basics, but I'm stumped. Any ideas?

I understand that you are experiencing difficulties with the high-voltage system in your Citroen Jumpy. The symptoms you described, including the error message, engine shutdown, and diminished power, suggest a potential problem with the battery or its associated components. Has the battery been heavily discharged recently? Have you observed any signs of electrical wiring issues or cable damage that might affect the system's performance? A diagnostic check may reveal whether any voltage sensors are malfunctioning or if the system memory is storing relevant error information.

Thanks, that's helpful. What do you mean by 'heavily discharged'? Like, run completely flat? And where exactly should I be looking for cable damage? Are there any specific areas that are known to be problematic on these vans?

By 'heavily discharged,' I am referring to instances where the battery's charge level has been depleted to a critically low point. It is advisable to inspect the electrical wiring and cable connections within the high-voltage system for any indications of damage, corrosion, or loose connections. Due to the potential risks associated with high-voltage systems, I must emphasize the importance of seeking assistance from a qualified technician for the comprehensive diagnosis and repair of your Citroen Jumpy. It is recommended that you take your van to a certified workshop.

Thanks a lot for the advice! I took it to a local garage, and it turned out to be a faulty connection to the battery management system. They cleaned it up and charged me 290€. All sorted now!
