Hi, I've got a 2022 electric Citroen Jumpy with only 27748 km. The seat heater isn't working. It just refuses to get warm. The diagnostic tool shows an error code related to the heating system. Has anyone else had this? I'm thinking it's the heating mat itself.

Yep, same symptoms. Unfortunately, it does sound like a defective heating mat as you suspected. Best bet is to take it to a workshop to have a look.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions. I feared as much, but it's reassuring to hear someone else experienced the same. I took it to a workshop and it was the heating mat that failed. It cost me 390€ including parts and labor. Expensive, but at least I'm warm again!
