Jumpy mirror heating issue

Hi, I have a 2009 Citroen Jumpy with a gasoline engine. My mirror heating isn't working, and there's an error stored in the memory. I checked some things, but my guess is a defective plug/cable connection. Anyone had the same?

I had a similar issue with my Jumpy, though I haven't verified the error memory yet. My mirrors aren't heating either. Did you check the fuses? Which ones did you check exactly?

Yeah, I went through all the fuses linked to car electronics according to the manual. Nothing seemed off. Did the fuse check resolve your issue, or was it really a cable problem?

Unfortunately, the fuses were fine, so I assume that it's likely going to be a cable or connection issue. I suggest you have a mechanic check the cables, if you're not able to fix it yourself. The last time I had some electronics fixed, it cost me about 100€ at the shop, so it should be around that price range. I'll bring mine to the shop as well at some point.

Thanks for the info. I went to the shop, and you were spot on. Cable was busted, cost me 95€ to fix.
