Thanks for the reply! No sign of leaks, and the alignment seems okay, visually at least. I was thinking it might be electrical. What was your issue eventually?

Turns out, for me, it was a defective cable or plug connection of the component. If you have error codes stored, and you've checked the basics, I'd say it's definitely worth getting it checked out by a workshop. Probably something simple!

Thanks a lot! Took it to the workshop as you suggested, and it was indeed a defective cable. Cost me 95€, all sorted now!

Hey! I had something similar happen with my Jumpy. Any sign of hydraulic fluid leaks? Have you checked the simple stuff like wheel alignment or anything impacting the steering system? Could be the steering rack. Does it feel like the steering pump is working overtime?
